About Proud to Work for Ireland Network

The Proud to Work for Ireland Network, or PWIN, is an interdepartmental, staff-led network of Civil and Public Servants and allies, providing support and representation for LGBTQ+ staff across Ireland. While working towards formalisation in line with the goals of the LGBT Inclusion Strategy 2019 – 2021, and future Inclusion strategies, PWIN is first and foremost grassroots led, and comprised of passionate and engaged staff of all grades and backgrounds. Its current membership includes 25+ civil and public service bodies, has brought up to 1,200 public servants to march in Dublin Pride, and continues to grow its active membership.
