Louise McEntee

Louise McEntee is a specialist in Business & Digital Transformation. She works with clients to integrate intelligent automation and other digital technologies into their operating models in order to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Louise leads Deloitte’s Intelligent Automation Team to support public sector organisations to improve their employee and citizen journeys through the delivery of digitally enabled organisations and operations.

Louise has significant experience leading major transformation programmes, specialising in change management, agile methodologies, programme and project management. She has worked across a number of sectors including financial services, not-for-profit and the public sector including health & social care, criminal justice, policing, housing and central government.

Louise works extensively with senior client stakeholders to define and deliver on a strategic vision. Through her extensive public sector client work, Louise has gained in-depth knowledge of public service reform from a political, policy and delivery perspective.
